Adding a Payment Method

You can pay your Nexudus subscription via direct debit or credit card payment.


Paying via Direct Debit

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click the small user icon in the bottom left corner of the page.

  3. Click My Account.

  4. Click Payment Details.

  5. Select Make payments via direct debit.

  6. Click Set up direct debit.

You are redirected to the GoCardless page to set up the direct debit mandate.

  1. Fill out the form with your bank details and click Set up direct debit.

  2. Review your details and click Confirm.

You are redirected to the Payment Details page in Nexudus.

You're all set! Your direct debit mandate was sent to your bank for approval and will be used to pay for your future Nexudus invoices once your bank authorizes the mandate.

A confirmation email from GoCardless is also sent to the email address you added to the direct debit setup form.

Setting up a direct debit mandate can take anywhere from 4 to 10 working days to be fully processed.

Make sure you take this first setup delay into consideration while adding your payment method.


Paying via Credit Card

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click the small user icon in the bottom left corner of the page.

  3. Click My Account.

  4. Click Payment Details.

  5. Select Make payments via credit card.

  6. Fill out the form, including your credit card details.

  7. Click Confirm Card Details.

You're all set! Your card details will be used to pay for all future Nexudus invoices.
