Adding Discount Codes


You can add discountcodes from the Finance section of the Admin Panel.


  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click Finance > Discount Codes.

  3. Click Add discount code.

  4. Name the discount code.

This is also the code your customer will enter at checkout to apply the discount.
  1. Select a Location from the drop-down list.
Selecting your Network location will automatically make the discount available in every other location within the network.
  1. Add a short description of the discount code.

  2. Set the Active toggle to YES.

  3. Define the discount code's general validity in the Discount Validity section.

  4. Define the discount code's availability for customers in the Online Availability section.

If you don't define an online validity period, customers won't be able to use the code at checkout.
  1. Set the discount value as a percentage (%) or a set amount off regular prices.

  2. Select the items that can be purchased using the discount code via the Apply Discount To section.

  3. Define who can use the discount code and how many times via the Limits section.

  4. Click the Save button. 


You've successfully added a new discount code.
