Checking in and out Using NexIO

NexIO lets any customer or visitor autonomously check in and out using PIN codes or the Passport app.


Customer Check-in and Check-out

Members and contacts can check in and out with NexIO using either with their PIN code or the Passport app.

Checking in/out with PIN Codes

Don't remember your PIN code?

You can find your pin code from your Members Portal account via Settings > My Account > Password.

  1. Tap Member.

  2. Enter your PIN code.


If the PIN code you entered is correct, a confirmation notification screen pops up and you are checked in.

Repeat the process when you leave the space to check out.

Checking in/out with the Passport App

You need to have Bluetooth and location access enabled on your phone to be checked in using the Passport app.

  1. Open the Passport app on your phone.

  2. Log in using your Nexudus credentials if you aren't currently logged in.

  3. Hold your device next to the tablet.


A confirmation notification pops up on the Passport app, letting you know you've been checked in.

Repeat the process before leaving the space to check out.

Visitor Check-in and Check-out

Visitors can check in and out using the PIN code or the QR code they received along with their registration email notification.


  1. Tap Visitor.

  2. Enter your PIN code or hold your QR code close to the tablet's front camera.


A confirmation notification pops up on the tablet, letting you know you've been checked in.

Repeat the process when you leave the space to check out.
