Getting the White-label Passport App

  • Comment

Getting the white-label Passport app usually takes around 4 weeks. The process is detailed below:

1. Provide Developer Access to Nexudus

This step includes getting a D-U-N-S number, opening an Apple Developer account and creating a user for Nexudus in this account. We need this access in order to develop your white-label app and release it on the App Store.

2. Prepare Your App Assets

This step includes gathering all the necessary branding material to make the app your own. We provide formatting guidelines and explanations on where each asset is used.

3. Send the App Assets and Developer Access to Nexudus

Once you've gathered all your assets and made sure that Nexudus has adequate access to your Apple Developer's account, you can send all that information to us at support@nexudus.com.

4. Development Process
We will get back to you to confirm we've received your assets and the relevant access. From there, it will usually take between 2 and 4 weeks for our developers to publish your white-label app.

This time frame can vary based on how quickly the stores review and approve your app.

5. Start Using Your App!
As soon as your app is approved by the App Store and the Play Store, our team will get in touch with you to let you know your app is ready for download. We'll also provide you with the different store links to share with your customers.

1. Provide Developer Access to Nexudus

In order for our technical team to develop your white-label app for iOS, we need you to open an Apple Developer account and add our developers as users in this account.

The Android version of your white-label app doesn't require any further action on your side.

Getting a D-U-N-S number from Apple

You need a D-U-N-S Number to open an Apple developer account. The D-U-N-S Number is a unique nine-digit number that identifies business entities on a location-specific basis. For more information, visit the https://developer.apple.com/support/D-U-N-S/ page.

Getting your D-U-N-S number can take up to 7 working days.

Opening an Apple Developer Account

Apple will charge you $99 per year for a developer account.

This charge isn't included in the pricing of the white-label app.

Once you've received your D-U-N-S Number from Apple, you need to enroll to the Apple Developer Program as an Organization.

In order to start the enrollment process and open your Apple developer account you need an Apple ID. If you don't have an Apple ID yet, you can create one here.

Your Apple ID account needs two-factor authentication enabled.

Once you have your Apple ID with two-factor authentication enabled, go to developer.apple.com/programs/enroll and check if you have all the necessary details to enroll as an Organization.
