Languages Available in Nexudus

The Admin Panel, the Members Portal, and the Nexudus companion apps are available in multiple languages.

Admin Panel Languages

The Admin Panel is available in three languages:

  • English
  • French
  • Spanish

The language of your Admin Panel is always based your browser's default language. If your browser language isn't one of the three supported languages, the Admin Panel is displayed in English by default.

For example, if your browser default language is Polish, the Admin Panel will be in English. If your browser default language is French, the Admin Panel will be in French.

You cannot translate or edit the Admin Panel languages.

Members Portal Languages

The Members Portal is available in the following languages:

  • English
  • Spanish
  • Portuguese
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Arabic
  • Hebrew
  • Japanese
  • Dutch
  • Norwegian
  • Polish
  • Swedish

The Members Portal language is usually based on the user's browser default language. If their browser language isn't part of the supported languages, the Members Portal will be displayed in English by default.

For example, if a customer's browser default language is Hungarian, the Admin Panel will be displayed in English. If the customer's browser default language is Spanish, the Members Portal will be displayed in Spanish

If you're using version 4 of the Members Portal, customers can easily switch between languages by scrolling down to the bottom of any page and select the relevant language from the drop-down list.

You can also translate the Members Portal in any other language or tweak any of the default translations through our language tokens.

Nexudus Companion Apps Languages

The app's language is always defined based on your device's language.

If your device language isn't one of the app's supported languages, the app will automatically default to English.

Troubleshooting Supported Languages

I can't see the Members Portal / Admin Panel in my language.

Make sure the display language you want is one of the languages Nexudus supports, as detailed above. If it is a supported language, the issue is most likely caused by one of the following:

Option 1. The language was deactivated on the Admin Panel.

The first step to have the Nexudus platform displayed in the language you want is to make sure the desired language is active on the Admin Panel.

  1. Click Settings > Website > Languages.
  2. Select the language you want to display from the drop-down list.
  3. Click Language Details.
  4. Make sure the Active toggle is set to YES.
    If not, set it to YES and click Save Changes.

Refresh your page and move to option 2 if the page is still in English.

Option 2. Your browser default language doesn't match the language you want to see displayed

Depending on your browser the process to change the default language will vary. We've compiled tutorials for some of the most popular browsers:

Simply make sure you add the language to the browser and set it as your default browser language.

Refresh your page to see if you can see the page in your language and move to option 3 if the page is still in English.

Option 3. Your device default language doesn't match the language you want displayed.

If option 1 and 2 didn't fix the language display issue, have a look at you device's default language and make sure the default language matches the language you want to see displayed on the page.
