Translating Nexudus Apps

The Nexudus apps are available in multiple languages by default:

If your device's display language isn't part of the supported languages, the app will always default to English.
For example, if you download NexBoard and your tablet's display language is Romanian, NexBoard will be in English by default.
You can also get the Nexudus apps translated in any additional language of your choice. App translations are a paid service.
The price of your translation will vary based on the following factors:
- The apps you want to translate
Translations are charged per word, which means the translation price will increase based on the apps you want to have translated.
- Passport app only
- All tablet apps
- Passport & All tablet apps
- The target language you want to translate into
Some languages will be more expensive to translate because there are fewer professional translators available.
- The level of quality control you want for your translation
You can choose from two level of quality control: professional or premium. The professional level includes one proofreading round while the premium level includes two proofreading rounds after the initial translation by a native professional translator.
Getting Nexudus Apps Translated in a New Language
In order to have Nexudus apps translated in your language you need to get in touch with us at support@nexudus.com and provide the following information:
- The apps you want translated (Passport only, all tablet apps or both Passport and all tablet apps)
- The language you want to have the apps translated into
Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote for the translation. If you are happy with the quote and wish to go ahead with the translation, we'll start the translation process. The translation process will usually take about a week.
As soon as your translation is ready and implemented on all the relevant apps, our team will get in touch with you to let you know it is available.
