Adding FAQ Articles

You can create FAQ articles at any point via the Community section of the Admin Panel.

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click Community > FAQ.

  3. Click on Add FAQ article.

  4. Name your article.

  5. Select the Location where you want to publish your article.

Select your Network location if you want to make this article available in all locations within your network.

  1. Add your Article contents.

  2. Write your FAQ article in the Full text field.

  3. Click Select file next to Large image if you want to include an image for in your FAQ article.

The Large image is the article's header image as well as the thumbnail of the article when it is listed.

  1. Define your article's Publishing settings.

  2. Click the Save Changes button.

Your FAQ article is now published on the Members Portal. FAQ articles are always public. This means that any user visiting your Members Portal has access to the FAQ page.
