Assigning Salto Tags to Customers

If your space uses Salto KS tags to let customers unlock doors, you need to assign each tag to the relevant customer in Nexudus. Once the tag is assigned to a customer in Nexudus, we automatically update their access to the relevant Salto KS access groups based on the passes they have, the bookings they make, and the desks or offices linked to their contracts.
Adding the tags in the Salto KS site that matches your location will allow you to see the tag's number. This tag number is the number you'll need to add to the Access cards field in Nexudus.

Assigning Salto KS Tags to customers
Once you've added your tags to the Salto KS site that matches your location in Nexudus, you can manually assign them by adding tag numbers to the Access card field in customer records.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click on the relevant customer.
Click Account > Access rights.
Add the releveant tag numbers in the Access cards field and press Enter on your keyboard.
The tag number should now be highlighted in a box. Repeat the previous step if you'd like to add more tags.
Click the Save Changes button.
The customer should now be able to use the tag to unlock Salto KS doors within the next 15 minutes. Their level of access is based on the inventory items you've linked to Salto KS when you enabled the integration. This means that they're added as users to the relevant Salto KS access groups based on the passes they have, the bookings they make, and the desks/offices linked to their contracts.
