What Is Calendly?
Calendly is a scheduling platform that lets you define your availability for tours via a link that anyone can use to book a slot for a tour of your space. Your Calendly calendar form replaces the default tour form on your Members Portal and syncs the relevant visitor information in Nexudus and Calendly.
How the Calendly Integration Works
You create an event type dedicated to tours and generate an access token in Calendly. Once you have them both, you just need to enable the integration on the Admin Panel. Once the integration is enabled, any user will be able to book tours on the Members Portal using your Calendly calendar.
Users receive two email notifications when they confirm their tour request:
- A booking confirmation notification from Nexudus
- A Calendly invitation with the details you defined in your event type
