Whether customers need a bit of help booking a resource or you need to record a booking after it happened — you can access existing bookings and create new ones as an admin via Operations > Calendar on the Admin Panel.
Individual Bookings
You can create a simple booking for any of your customers in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

Click Operations > Calendar.

Click on Add booking in the top right corner of the page on the Admin Panel.

Select a Customer.

Select a Resource.

Define the booking's Start / end times.

Check the booking Total and adjust the price under the Price and billing section if needed.

Click the Save Changes button.
You've successfully created a booking for the customer you selected.
Repeat Bookings
You can also create repeating bookings for any of your customers in a few clicks on the Admin Panel. This helps your customers who want to avoid the hassle of manually booking the same resource multiple times and a great way for your space to boost occupancy.

Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

Click Operations > Calendar.

Click on Add booking in the top right corner of the page.

Select a Customer.

Select a Resource.

Define the booking's Start / end times.

Check the booking Total and adjust the price under the Price and billing section if needed.

Select This booking repeats... under the Repeat Booking section.

Define how often the booking should repeat.

Define the date when the repeat bookings should stop under the Repeat until field.

Click the Save Changes button.
You've successfully created a repeat booking for the customer you selected.
