The Dashboard section gives you an overviw of what's going on in your space and redicrects you tot he relevant section when you click on a specific tile.

Now Tab

This is the first tab you see when you log in to your Admin Panel or when you click on the Dashboard section in the navivgation menu. It gives you an overview of what's happening in your space that day.


Bookings Today
Total number of bookings planned that day
Unpaid invoices
Total balance of unpaid invoices for your location
Contracts Ending: How many member contracts are about to end in the next 30 days.
Contact Messages: How many contact messages are waiting to be read.
Visitors today: How many visitors are expected today.
Users in the space: How many customers are currently checked in to the space.
Help Desk Messages: Whether there are any open help desk messages.
Charts showing summaries of contracts and revenue over time.

Membership Tab

This tab lets you track your members and the growth of your memberships.


Finance Tab

This tab lets you track your space's revenue and charts displaying your space's historical data over the last 12 months.


Occupancy Tab

This tab helps you track floor plan occupancy in your space to let you check your space's occupancy progression at a glance.



Bookings Tab

This tab help you keep track of the total booking time for your space over the last month along with the revenue generated by bookings.



This tab helps you see how many opportunities you won or lost over the last month.
