Now Tab

This is the first tab you see when you log in to your Admin Panel or when you click on the Dashboard section in the navigation menu. It gives you an overview of what's happening in your space that day.

Bookings Today
Total number of bookings planned that day.

Unpaid invoices
Total balance of unpaid invoices for your location.

Contracts Ending
How many member contracts are about to end in the next 30 days.

Contact messages
How many contact messages are waiting to be read.

Expected visitors today
How many visitors are expected today.

Checked in customers
How many customers are currently checked in.

Open help desk messages
Whether there are any open help desk messages.

Membership Tab

This tab tracks your active memberships and their growth.

Finance Tab

This tab tracks your space's revenue and charts displaying your space's finances over the last 12 months.

Occupancy Tab

This tab tracks floor plan occupancy in your space and lets you check your space's occupancy progression.

Bookings Tab

This tab tracks the total booking time in your space over the last month along with the total revenue generated by the bookings.


This tab tracks how many opportunities you won and lost over the last month.
