Enabling Team Notifications For Deliveries

We only send delivery notifications to the customer who's the delivery recipient by default. Some customers may want everyone in their teams to also receive delivery notifications, so that the first person available can collect them.

For example, all packages that a team receives are adressed to the owner, but they want to let anyone in the team collect them.

Nexudus lets you have delivery notifications sent to the package recipient and all selected members of their team. This feature only works if the customer assigned to the delivery has the Notify Entire Team option enabled in their account.

You need to manually enable this option in each individual team member's account.

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click Operations > Teams.

  3. Click on the team you want to edit.

  4. Click on the Members tab and click on a team member's account.

  5. Click on Account > Notifications.

  6. Toggle on Notify entire team when a new delivery is received for this customer.

  7. Click the Save Changes button.


Repeat the process for every member who receives packages addressed to them for their team.
