You can easily export most of the data in your Nexudus account as XLS spreadsheets. You can then use this data any way you need and or keep it as a backup copy.
You must be a full unrestricted admin to export data from Nexudus.
You can export data from any list in Nexudus in a few clicks, including:
- CRM boards, CRM stages, and opportunities
- Custom fields
- Proposals
Want more specific instructions?
Just search Exporting followed by the kind of data you want to export in the search bar above. For example, Exporting bookings or exporting help-desk messages.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Go to the list that you want to export.
Tick the checkbox next to any of the listed records.
- Click on the export icon
in the top-right corner of the page.
