✨ New confirmation step before deleting records

All deletions in Nexudus are permanent and can't be reversed to comply with data protection regulations.

Accidents happen, but losing data doesn’t have to be one of them! Admins now need to type out a confirmation message before they can delete selected records.

This new step ensures that all data deletion is 100% intentional, giving you more control and peace of mind.

DeletingRecords

This update doesn't impact who can delete records.

Full unrestricted admins remain able to delete any record by default. If you'd like to restrict the ability of some admins to delete records in Nexudus, check out roles and how to assign them.

When deleting one or more records, you’re now prompted to type one of the following messages in ALL CAPS to confirm your action:

  • DELETE CUSTOMER
    For all customers.
  • DELETE INVOICE
    For all invoices.
  • DELETE
    For every other type of record available on the Admin Panel.
📢 Don't forget to use all caps!

The field is case-sensitive and typing it any other way will prevent you from deleting the records.
