Onboarding Process with Nexudus

The Nexudus team will actively help you set up your account and guide you through the different training options available to you and your staff.
This article details how the onboarding process works and helps you give you a clearer picture of the and by following it you'll be all set to start using Nexudus soon! As a rule of thumb, we recommend you give yourself around 4 weeks to complete your onboarding.

Your onboarding includes the steps below:
1. Add payment details & remove dummy data
2. Set up your inventory
3. Introduction to support and testing
4. Book training calls with support and self-train
5. Import of members
Step 1. Add payment details and remove dummy data
Your payment details will be used to pay for your Nexudus subscription. You can pay via credit/debit card, direct debit, and PayPal. Card payment and direct debit allow automated payments so you don't need to remember to pay your Nexudus invoice.

Dummy data removal
To start setting up your account, your initial dummy data needs to be removed. Please contact your account manager or firstname.lastname@example.org to complete this step.
Step 2. Set up Your Inventory
When going live with Nexudus, you can set up your space inventory yourself following our extensive guides library.
The Nexudus team is there for you and can help you in setting up your inventory. For that purpose, we have created a Nexudus Basic Settings (Inventory Setup) file that you can download at the bottom of this article. Simply fill it out and send it to your account manager or email@example.com, we'll take care of the rest!

Step 3. Introduction to support and testing
Once your account is configured by your account manager, you will be introduced to our support team who will help you with all further operational questions about Nexudus functionality or integrations.
It is important that you take your time to test the end-user journey and configure the platform in a way that meets your expectations before adding any customer data to the account.
At this point, it is a good time to start testing different integrations you are going to implement in your location.
You can also contact support at any point to ask questions and solve any issue you may run into.
Introductory calls with support and self-training
Now that you've been introduced to support, you can start learning the ins and outs of the platform at your own rhythm.
We've created this knowledge base to help you with learning about the platform. You can search for an article via the search bar at the top of every page.
Booking your introductory calls
You can book 2 calls with our support team during your onboarding as part of your onboarding package. A good practice is to have your first call before adding any customer data to the platform.
You can book your introductory calls by following our instructions on Booking Training Calls. All you need to do is select the first two options when booking your first and second introductory training calls.

Import members (if applicable)
With a small amount of data or limited data-set, you can use the import files available in your Nexudus account to do it quickly yourself. You can also use this import functionality in the future when onboarding large teams of members instead of inputting all the data manually.
If you have your detailed members database that you want to import, our support team can help you. For that purpose, we have created a Nexudus Import Template (Users Import) that you can download at the bottom of this article. Please follow the instructions added to that file and do not edit, add, or remove the column names or their order. Altering the file's structure will result in import fails.
The names of products and plans assigned to customers on the import sheet must match the names of the same products and plans on Nexudus. You should also make sure all the required columns have YES/NO answers.
The Welcome emails will be turned off by default. If you intend to send welcome emails once the import is complete, you can go to Operations > Members & Contacts, select all the relevant customers and then select Send Welcome email in the Bulk actions menu.
