What you need to make a cancellation request

A support code
You need to get a Support code to complete your account cancellation. This code ensures you are an authorized admin of the space and allows our Support team to access your account to process your request.
- Click on the lifesaver icon in the top-right corner of any page on the Admin Panel.
- Select Email support.
- Click on the Send an email tab.
From there, click on the Copy button to copy the code and save it for the next steps.

The names and IDs of the locations you're cancelling
You can find the name and ID of your location under Settings > General settings on the Admin Panel.
If you're cancelling several locations, make sure you copy and save the name and ID for each relevant location.
Making your cancellation request
Once you have your support code, along with the location names and IDs, you’re ready to complete your cancellation request.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
- Click Settings > Your Nexudus Subscription.
- Click on Request to cancel subscription.
You're automatically redirected to the Support portal to complete your cancellation request form.
You do not need to make a request per location.
You can add all the relevant location names and IDs in a single cancellation request form.
From there, please fill out the following fields on the form:
- Subject
Make sure to include cancellation or deletion in the subject of your request. - Description
Add some context for the cancellation alongside any feedback you may have for us. - Locations to Cancel
List the names of the locations you'd like to cancel, using commas to separate the locations. - Location IDs to Cancel
List the IDs of the locations you'd like to cancel, using commas to separate the IDs. - Reason for location cancellation?
Select the cancellation reason that matches your situation or select Other to add your own. - Cancellation Effective Date
The date your account will be cancelled and deleted. Please remember you must give Nexudus at least 30 days of notice, as per the termination policy in our terms and conditions. - Support Access Code
Paste the support code that you generated prior to starting your request. - Attachments(optional)
Any additional file you'd like to share with us at this stage.
Once you've completed the form, you can go ahead and submit it.
Next steps
Our support team will acknowledge your request within the same working day and provide further details within 2 business days.
We strongly recommend exporting all the data you need before your cancellation day.
