Plan components are simply products you include in the member's subscription. Plan components are invoiced along with the plan based on the defined billing cycle. Plan components each have have their own invoice line on customer invoices. You need to create products prior to adding them as plan components. Plan components are automatically added to any current and future member signed up to this plan. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com  if you aren't already. Click Inventory > Plans . Click on the plan you want to edit. Click Add plan component . Select the product you want to add as a plan component. Toggle on Unlink component price when a contract is created if you want to adjust plan component prices for specific contracts. All other properties in each object in the array will be converted into attributes of the tag. This file must always use a single JavaScript array. You can deactivate discount codes via the Finance section of the Admin Panel . Deactivating your discount codes is an alternative to deleting them . Inactive discounts can't be used, but you get to keep their record and can reactivate them at any point. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com  if you aren't already. Click Finance > Discount Codes . Click on the discount code you want to deactivate. Disable the This discount is active toggle. Click the Save Changes button. Your discount code is now inactive. Customers and admins won't be able to use the discount until you reactivate it.

You can disable two-factor authentication in your admin account at any point. You need access to your authenticator app to disable the feature. Lost access to your authenticator app? You can contact support and our team will disable the feature to let you log back in to your account. Log in to the Admin Panel using your email and password. Click on your account's icon in the top right corner of the page. Click on your name. Click on Disable two-factor authentication . Open the authenticator app on your phone. Add the code displayed on the app to the empty field on the Admin Panel . Click Verify and disable . Two-factor identification is now disabled on your account. You can enable it again at any point.

Once you've integrated all your Humly room displays , your customers can start using the room displays straight away. They can use the displays to know whether or not resources are currently available as well as book resources in Nexudus directly from the Humly display. You customers can place and start bookings one of two ways: Holding their phone close to the Humly display Scanning the Humly display's QR code If your customers have the Passport app or its white-label equivalent on their phone, the process is even more seamless. The Passport app opens automatically when they hold their phone near the display or scan the QR code. They can then confirm and start their booking through Passport. Understanding Users Nexudus is a platform that includes two sites: the Admin Panel and the Members Portal . The Admin Panel is only accessible to users with admin rights while the Members Portal is only accessible to users with a customer profile.
