Can't open your Nexudus export file directly after exporting it? Your version of Excel may be incompatible with the version we currently use for exports. You can quickly fix this format incompatibility using Google Sheets. Upload your export file to your Google Drive. Open your export in Google Sheets. Click OK . Make a small change to the file, such as adding some data to a new cell. Click Files > Downloads > Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) . Your new export should only take a few seconds to download. You can find the new file in the Downloads folder of your device. All sorted! Repeat the process for every other export file you couldn't open in Excel. The new .xlxs export files should now work seamlessly with any version of Excel you use.

You can make sure there's a gap between two bookings for the same resources using the No-return policies section under each resource's Limits tab. No-return policies are a great way to let your staff check that all the equipment works as expected before another customer uses the resource or give your cleaning crew time to refresh the room before another customer uses it. You can apply different no-return policies when bookings are made by the same customer when they're made by different customers. For example, you can set up a 10-minute gap if a customer books the same meeting room twice in a row and a 60-minute gap if two separate customers book that meeting room back-to-back to give your staff time to reset the room. You can add course members by clicking on any existing course. If your course is published on your Members Portal , customers signing up to the course via the portal are automatically added to the Members tab of the course. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com  if you aren't already. Click Community > Courses . Click on the relevant course. Click the Members tab. Click Add member . Select the relevant customer. Toggle on This customer access has been approved . Click the Save Changes button. Repeat the process for every other customer you want to sign up to the course via the Admin Panel

You can manage the settings of the app by clicking Settings > Companion apps on the Admin Panel . You won't be able to see your saved Admin Panel changes until you close and reopen NexIO on your tablet. General Settings General settings let you control the functionalities available in NexIO . POS is one of two modes available for NexKIOSK. It is designed for admins to use as a staffed checkout that is directly linked to your Nexudus account. You can think of POS mode as an extension of your Admin Panel that lets you sell products, process customer payments, and access invoices. Admins can process customer purchases via the app and have them pay either by card or by adding the purchase to their next invoice. You can also process quick sales for guests and visitors. You can delete your floor plan units if they are no longer needed on your floor plan . You cannot recover deleted records in Nexudus. Consider exporting your floor plan units before deleting them to keep a record. You cannot delete floor plan units that are still assigned to customers or contracts . Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com  if you aren't already. Click Inventory > Floor plan units . Tick the checkbox next to every record you want to delete. Click on the Bulk actions button and Delete xx record(s) in the Bulk actions menu. 📢 A new pop-up appears, prompting you to type out DELETE to confirm your action. Don't forget to use ALL CAPS. The field is case-sensitive and typing it any other way will prevent you from deleting the records. Click Yes, do it to confirm. All the selected floor plan units are now deleted

Floor plan units IDs are reference numbers that are unique to each item on your floor plan . This ID is a 10-digit number that never changes once you've created the item on your floor plan . These IDs are internal and you won't need them unless you want to set up automation tiles , validation rules or use our API . You can find the 10-digit ID of any desk, office, or resource linked to your floor plan in seconds by opening their record on the Admin Panel and looking at the URL of the page. What is Doordeck ? Doordeck is an access control system that lets your customers autonomously unlock doors and access different areas of space using their phone with the Doordeck app or automation tiles. Customers are automatically added to access groups as they purchase passes, make bookings or rent desks and offices. Using the Doordeck integration adds a $/£/€50 monthly charge to your Nexudus subscription per location enabled. How the Doordeck Integration Works Once you've completed the integration process in both Doordeck and Nexudus, customers can unlock the doors in your space based on their bookings, contracts, and passes. They can use Doordeck 's own app or automation tiles that you'll need to set up separately. For more details, check out Integrating Doordeck .

This rule prevents admins from creating bookings if they don't select a customer before saving them on the Admin Panel . Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com  if you aren't already. For operators running more than one location , you want to create sub-accounts after creating their network account. Go to dashboard.nexudus.com/resellers/resellerAccounts Log in to your account if you aren't already. Click on the three dots icon next to the main account. Click on Add sub-account . Name of new sub-account. Click Yes, do it to confirm. You've successfully added a sub-account for your operator.

You can easily update or make changes to newsletters on the Admin Panel . None of your changes are visible to subscribers who have already received your newsletters .
