What are Tasks

Tasks are simply to-dos that can be assigned to admins in Nexudus. Tasks help space managers and staff keep up with the different daily operations of the space.

Tasks can also be grouped into task lists. Task lists are a great tool to standardize and partially automate admin processes in your space.

For example, you can create a series of tasks to onboard new members that includes the following tasks:

  • Access card handout
  • Locker keys handout
  • Welcome tour of the space

Each task can be assigned to a different admin user.

How Tasks Work

You create the tasks and assign to an admin user, the responsible admin receive a task notification on the Admin panel. Once they've completed the task they can mark it as completed on the Admin Panel and move to their next tasks.
