NexDelievery doesn't let me scan deliveries
This is due to the app not having access to your device's camera. You are asked to allow camera access when setting up the app for the first time.
If you skipped that step, you can easily fix it by allowing NexDelivery to access your device's camera via your device's settings screen.
The process is slightly different on iPhones and Android devices.
iOS
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll down to the apps list.
- Tap NexDelivery.
- Toggle on the Camera to allow camera access.
Close the NexDelivery app, open it again and try scanning new packages.
Android
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Apps & notifications.
- Tap the NexDelivery app.
- Tap Permissions.
- Allow camera access for NexDelivery.
Close the NexDelivery app, open it again and try scanning new packages.
