Zoom for Resources allows you to automatically provide a Zoom meeting link to customers and their guests whenever they book a connected resource.
This integration works with Zoom Meetings with a Pro plan or above.
This Zoom link comes from a licensed user you've specifically created for the resource in your Zoom account.
What You Need
A Zoom Meetings Account with Admin Rights
You should have a Zoom Meetings account with admin rights. Your account should also include at least one license per resource you want to connect.
A Licensed Zoom Meetings User per Resource
You should make sure you have one licensed Zoom user for each resource you want to connect in your Zoom Meetings account.
For example, if you want to connect 4 resources to Zoom, you should create 4 unique users and then assign a license to each of them in your Zoom Meetings account.
Make sure each licensed user has a unique email address and password.
Connecting a Resource to Zoom
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click Inventory > Resources.
Click on the resource you want to connect.
Click on the Integrations tab.
Enable the Include a Zoom Meeting link in all bookings made for this resource toggle.
Click Connect this resource to Zoom.
You're redirected to the Zoom login page.
Log in using the credentials of the licensed Zoom user you created for the resource.
Click Allow.
You're redirected to the Admin Panel. You've successfully connected your resource to Zoom.
Make sure you open Zoom in another browser tab and sign out from the current user's account before moving to the next resource.
If you don't sign out after connecting each resource, you run the risk of connecting multiple resource to the same licensed Zoom user.
Once the integration is enabled, any customer booking a connected resource will automatically receive a Zoom meeting link in their booking confirmation email. Their guests will also receive this link via their own booking confirmation email.
Disconnecting a Resource from Zoom
You may want to disconnect resources from the licensed Zoom user you originally connected in just a few clicks.
For example, you connected the same licensed Zoom user to multiple resource by accident or you no longer want to provide Zoom links for customers booking this resource.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click Inventory > Resources.
Click on the resource you want to connect.
Click on the Integrations tab.
Disable the Include a Zoom Meeting link in all bookings made for this resource toggle.
Click the Save Changes button.
You've successfully disconnected your resource from Zoom.
