You can keep track of event ticket cancellations in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.
You can view a list of all cancelled tickets along with the following details:
- Attendee
- Ticket
- Price
- Status
- Cancelled on
- Cancellation reason
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
- Go to Community > Events list.
- Select the relevant event.
- Click Cancellations.
You can also export event ticket cancellation logs to keep a local copy for your records.
