What are {{variable.VisitorsCAP}}?

Visitors are people who aren't currently {{variable.members}} or {{variable.contacts}} in {{variable.Nexudus}}. They are registered to visit your space on a one-off basis and they have an assigned host who can be any {{variable.customer}} or {{variable.admin}} within your space.

For example, a {{variable.customer}} adding a consultant as a booking guest, who is considered as a visitor in {{variable.Nexudus}}. People booking tours are also automatically added as visitors, tagged as tour requests.

Visits are always scheduled and {{variable.visitors}} they can either be checked in by an {{variable.admin}} or check themselves in using {{variable.NexIO}}.

{{variable.VisitorsCAP}} & Door Access

Visitors are not granted door access, unless you use {{variable.OpenPath}} or {{variable.Salto}} as your access control system.

Limiting Visitors

Nexudus lets you limit the number of visitors your members can invite through plans limits. You can also choose to remove the option to add visitors from the Members Portal through the Settings section.
