Who is Considered an Active User in Nexudus?

Any customer who met one or several of the criteria detailed below since your last Nexudus invoice will automatically be considered as an active user on your next invoice:

  • They had one or more non-cancelled contracts for free or paid plans
    This applies to any non-cancelled contract in their account, including contracts scheduled to start at a later date.
  • They purchased a free or paid recurring product.
  • They made a free or paid booking.
  • They were invoiced.
  • They were part of a team with merged invoicing and their team paying customer met any of the criteria previously mentioned.
Customers are added to the active user count of every location where they meet any criteria listed below.

If you manage a network where customers can use multiple locations, this means that if a customer books a resource in Location 1 and later books another resource in Location 2, they'll be added to the active user count in both locations.

Contacts

If a contact met any of the criteria detailed below since your last invoice from Nexudus, they will be added to the active user count on your next invoice.

Members

Members are always considered active users since they have at least one active contract. Members who are signed up to free plans are still considered active users. When a member's contract is cancelled, they automatically become a contact in Nexudus.


FAQ

Are admins with a customer account added to the user count twice?

No, admins with a customer account aren't added to the active user count as customers, unless they meet one of the active user conditions.

For example, an admin making a booking for themselves today, even free of charge, will be added to the active user count of the current month.

Are suspended customers added to the active user count?

Customers who are still suspended by the end of your billing cycle won't be added to your active user count.
