Adding Deliveries Using NexDelivery


NexDelivery is a quick and easy way to process user deliveries and have them notified via email. You can process one or multiple packages addressed to the same user via the app.


Adding a Delivery

Adding a single delivery is the best option if you only have one package to process per user.

  1. Open the NexDelivery app on your device.

  2. Select your space from the locations list.

  3. Tap the Add Delivery button.

  4. Point your device's camera at the parcel label.
    NexDelivery automatically recognises delivery labels and scans them.

  5. Tap the Accept icon in the bottom right of the screen.

  6. If the user isn't automatically recognized from the label by NexDelivery, assign it to a user by typing their name in the search bar.

Can't find a specific user?

Make sure your search is open to all users by tapping the user icon.

  1. If you don't use a delivery label printer for collection, tap Upload.

  2. If you use a delivery label printer for collection, tap Upload & Print.

Star Micronics provides an array portable printers, such as the SM-L200 and the SM-L300, that support Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). This technology connects your NexDelivery device to the printer without any prior pairing.
  1. Tap the Done button on the confirmation screen.

You've successfully added your delivery. You can access and edit any of the deliveries via Operations > Deliveries on the Admin Panel. Your user also received an email notification letting them know they have a delivery waiting for them.


Adding Multiple Deliveries

NexDelivery also lets you process multiple deliveries addressed to the same user n one go.

  1. Open the adressed to the same user app on your device.

  2. Select your space from the locations list.

  3. Tap the Add Delivery button.

  4. Point your device's camera at the parcel label.

NexDelivery automatically recognizes delivery labels and scans them.

  1. Tap the Add Package button.

  2. Repeat the process of pointing the device camera to the delivery label and tapping the Add Package button until you've scanned all the deliveries.

  3. Tap the Accept icon in the bottom right of the screen.

  4. If the user isn't automatically recognized from the label by adressed to the same user, manually assign it to a user.
