What Are Courses?

Courses are a built-in learning tool that lets you build and share courses with your occupiers through the User Portal.

Courses can be used in an array of scenarios such as onboarding new staff, offer safety training or even help your staff build new skillsets!

How Courses Work

You add a course on the Admin Panel that acts as the skeleton of your course. It lets you control the visibility of the course on your User Portal. From there, you create lessons that are the learning units of the course. You can organize lessons into sections.

Courses are the final product that includes sections and lessons. Course sections are the learning units that help you define the structure of your courses and group your course lessons. Course lessons are the building blocks of your course sections that contain specific training material or educational content needed to complete your courses.

Can I limit who can access the courses?

Absolutely, you have multiple visibility options available, that you can easily define and edit from the course record. For example, you can make some courses available solely to users provided with the course's link. You can also make a marketing course available to users who are part of the Marketing user group to offer training that's targeted by department or area of expertise.
