# Creating Bookings

Whether customer need a bit of help booking a resource or you need to record a booking after it happened — you can access existing bookings and create new ones as an admin via [**Operations > Calendar**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/operations/calendar/bookings) on the Admin Panel.

## Individual Bookings

You can create a simple booking for any of your customers in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**Operations > Calendar**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/operations/calendar/bookings).
3. Click **Add booking** in the top right corner of the page on the Admin Panel.
4. Select a **Customer**.

Customers and resources from all locations in your network are listed by default.

You can narrow down the results in either lists by selecting your current location for one or both of them.

1. Select a **Resource**.
2. Define the booking's **Start / end times**.
3. Check the booking **Total** and adjust the price under the **Price and billing** section if needed.
4. Click the **Save Changes** button.

You've successfully created a booking for the customer you selected.

## Repeat Bookings

You can also create repeating bookings for any of your customers in a few clicks on the Admin Panel. This helps your customers who want to avoid the hassle of manually booking the same resource multiple times and a great way for your space to boost occupancy.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**Operations > Calendar**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/operations/calendar/bookings).
3. Click on **Add booking** in the top right corner of the page.
4. Select a **Customer**.
5. Select a **Resource**.

Customers and resources from all locations in your network are listed by default.

You can narrow down the results in either lists by selecting your current location for one or both of them.

1. Define the booking's **Start / end times**.
2. Check the booking **Total** and adjust the price under the **Price and billing** section if needed.
3. Select **This booking repeats...** under the **Repeat Booking** section.
4. Define how often the booking should repeat.
5. Define the date when the repeat bookings should stop under the **Repeat until** field.
6. Click the **Save Changes** button.

You've successfully created a repeat booking for the customer you selected.

Multiple locations (i.e. buildings) that you manage under the same Nexudus account.
