Enabling Team Notifications For Deliveries

Nexudus only sends delivery notifications to the occupier who's the delivery recipient by default. Some occupiers may want their whole team to be notified when they get a package delivered.

For example, a department wants everyone in their team to receive delivery notifications so that the first person who's available can go collect the packages.

Nexudus lets you have delivery notifications sent to the package recipient and all selected members of their team. This feature only works if the occupier assigned to the delivery has the Notify Entire Team option enabled in their occupier account.

You need to enable this option in all team member accounts if you want deliveries adressed to any of them to trigger the delivery notification.

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click on the team you want to edit.

  3. Click on the Members tab and click on a team member's account.

  4. Click Account > Notifications.

  5. Enable the Notify entire team when a new delivery is received for this occupier toggle.

  6. Click the Save Changes button.


Repeat the process for every member who receives packages addressed to them.
