What is Verifalia?
Verifalia is a real-time email validation service that verifies the email addresses provided by users. Verifalia checks the validity and safety of each email address without ever getting in touch with your users.
For more information about the features available and detailed pricing, visit Verifalia's website.
How the Verifalia Integration Works
Once you have a Verifalia account and enable the integration on the Admin Panel, occupier email addresses are automatically checked when you create a new occupier or edit an existing occupier's email.
If the email address isn't valid, Nexudus won't let you create the new occupier record or edit the existing email address. This also applies to occupier trying toe dit their details on the User Portal.
Every verification also automatically generates a unique report in Verifalia.
Flexible & Strict Verification Levels
You need to select a verification level when you enable the integration. This verification level defines the email addresses Nexudus will accept based on their status in Verifalia.
Flexible Verification
Flexible verification allows email addresses classified as Deliverable or Risky in Verifalia. Deliverable means that the email address is valid and can receive new emails. Risky means that the email address appears valid but it's safety and reliability is undefined.
Nexudus verifies occupier email addresses both on the Admin Panel and the User Portal. If the email address is invalid, the occupier details aren't registered or updated and you receive an error message.
Nexudus also verifies occupier email address edit on the User Portal and the Admin Panel. If the email address is invalid, changes aren't saved and you receive an error message.
Strict Verification
Strict verification only allows email addresses classified as Deliverable in Verifalia. Deliverable means that the email address is valid and can receive new emails.
Nexudus also verifies email addresses when they are edited on the User Portal or the Admin Panel. If the new email address is invalid, changes aren't saved and you receive an error message.
