Adding FAQ Articles

Article summary

You can create FAQ articles in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.


  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click Community > FAQ.

  3. Click on Add FAQ article.

  4. Name your FAQ article.

  5. Select the Location where you want to publish your FAQ article.

Select your network location if you want to make this article available in all locations within the network.

  1. Add a Summary for your FAQ article.

  2. Add the content of your FAQ article in the Article contents field.

  3. Click on Select file next to Large image if you want to include an image within your FAQ article.

This is the article's header image as well as its thumbnail when it is listed alongside other FAQ articles.

Your image must be under 10Mb and in one of the following formats: JPG/JPEG, PNG, or GIF.

  1. Toggle on This article is published to publish your FAQ article on the Members Portal.

  2. Select which customers can see this FAQ article under Availability.

  3. Click the Save Changes button.


Your FAQ article is now published on the Members Portal.
