What are Newsletters?
Newsletters let you communicate with customers regularly to keep them updated about what's going on in your space. Newsletters are also great to let specific customer subsets know about upcoming events or receive news from your space.
For example, you can send a newsletter every month to let all your customers know how the space is evolving or promote new features and plans.
How Newsletters Work
Newsletters work with two components: the newsletter itself and subscriber groups. You create subscriber groups based on who you want to reach, or the plan they have joined, and then create the newsletter itself. Once you are happy with your newsletter, you can send it to one or several of the subscriber groups you've created beforehand. Your customers receive the newsletter via email within a few minutes.

Can newsletters be customized to fit my branding?
You can use the built-in editor to build newsletters that meet your brand requirements. You can use the drag-and-drop elements or edit the HTML as needed.
Can I cancel or call back a newsletter I've sent?
You can't cancel or call back any newsletters you've already sent. You can test your newsletters before sending them to check for design or display issues.
Can I send a newsletter to several subscriber groups at once?
You can send a newsletter to 1000 subscribers at once. This can consist of several subscriber groups or individuals. Your newsletter may need to be sent several times to reach all your subscribers. Contact support if you need to increase the limit.
Can I schedule my newsletters to send later?
No, you can't schedule your newsletters to send at a future date. They are all sent manually from the Admin Panel.
