Accessing Customer Messages

Article summary

You can access all your customer's message via the CRM tab of any customer's account on the Admin Panel.


  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click on the relevant customer record.

  3. Click on CRM > Messages.


You can easily see which messages were synced through the email account by clicking on any message and checking the Email account field.
