Accessing Customer Messages

You can access all your customer's message via the CRM tab of any customer's account on the Admin Panel.


  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click on the relevant customer record.

  3. Click on CRM > Messages.


You can easily see which message were synced through the email account by clicking on any message and checking the Email account field.
