You can easily create articles for your customers on the Admin Panel.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
- Click Community > Articles.
- Click on Add article.
- Add a Title for your article.
- Select Categories for your article if you use article categories.
- Select a Language of your article.
- Add your Article content, including:
- Summary - a short overview of the content that's displayed at the top of your article.
- Body - the actual content of your article.
- Click on Select file to upload a Large image and a Thumbnail image for your article.
Your image must be under 10Mb and in one of the following formats: JPG/JPEG, PNG, or GIF.
Click the Save Changes button.
You've created your article. You can now publish it on your Members Portal.
