Publishing Articles

Quickly publish or unpublish any article you create via the Publishing settings section of each article on the Admin Panel. You can also define when you'd like to publish and unpublish your article ahead of time to schedule your content.

Publishing Articles

You can easily publish any of your articles as you create them. You can also edit the set publishing date and time at any point on the Admin Panel.

1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

2. Click Community > Articles
3. Click on the article you want to publish.
4. Scroll down to the Publishing settings section.
5. Select a Publish on date and time.

6. Select an Unpublish on date and time if you want to automatically unpublish your article after a certain amount of time.

If you leave this field blank, your article remains published until you unpublish or delete it.

7. Toggle on the following options based on:

• Feature this article in the community feed
• Feature this article in the home page before users log in
• Feature this article in the home page after users log in
• Allow users to comment on this article

8. Click the Save Changes button.

All set! Your article will be published at the date you've defined. If you select a past date, we publish it immediately.

Unpublishing Articles

You can easily unpublish any of your articles on the spot or select a future date to schedule when you unpublish your articles.

1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

2. Click Community > Articles
3. Click on the article you want to publish.
4. Scroll down to the Publishing settings section.
5. Select the Unpublish on date and time when you want to automatically unpublish your article.

8. Click the Save Changes button.

All set! Your article will be unpublished at the date you've defined. If you select a past date, we unpublish it immediately.
