Adding Contacts

  • Comments

You can add contacts in three different ways on the Admin Panel.

  • Instant sale
    This option lets you create a contact, sell them a product and invoice them for it straight away in a couple of clicks.
  • Contact
    This option lets you create a new contact from scratch and define all the available customer settings.
  • Multiple Contacts
    This option lets you create multiple contacts at once and add them all to the same team.

Instant Sale

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click Add customer.

  3. Click Instant sale.

  4. Select the relevant customer type from the Type drop-down list.

  5. Add your customer's Full Name.

  6. Add your customer's Email address.

  7. Select the Product you want to sell to the customer.

  8. Select the product's Quantity.

  9. Click Add customer.

You've successfully added a new contact in Nexudus.


Contact

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click Add customer.

  3. Click Manual entry.

  4. Select the relevant customer type from the Type drop-down list.

Individual customers are linked to a person who uses your space.
Company customers are linked to a legal entity and person who uses your space.

  1. Add your customer's name in the Full Name field.

  2. Add your customer's email address in the the Email field.

  3. Add the details to the Team, Home location, Contact details, Billing details, and Notes sections as needed.

  4. Click Add customer.

You've successfully added a new contact in Nexudus.


Multiple Contacts

Need to add a large number of contacts to your account?

Consider importing your contacts to save time and streamline the process.

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click Add customer.

  3. Click Multiple customers.

    1. Select the Team that you want to assign to all the new contacts.
You cannot assign different teams to different contacts through this template.

The team you select will apply to all new contacts you add in the next step.

  1. Add each new contact by typing their full name and their email address, making sure:
  • there's a space between the contact's name and their email address
  • each new contact is added as a single line
