Deleting Contacts

You can delete contacts from the Operations section of the Admin Panel.


  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click Segment > Contacts.

  1. Tick the checkbox next to every record you want to delete.

  2. Click Delete Customer in the Bulk actions menu.

  3. Click Yes, do it to confirm.


Couldn't delete a contact?

Your contact probably still has active benefits or sales items in their account.

Simply add DELETE before their name and contact support. Our team will delete them for you.
