Adding Discount Codes


You can create discount codes from the Finance section of the Admin Panel.

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click Finance > Discount codes.

  3. Click Add discount code.

  4. Name the Discount code.

This is also the code your customer will enter at checkout to apply the discount.
  1. Select a location under Available at.
Selecting your Network location will automatically make the discount available in every other location within the network.
  1. Add a short Description of the discount code.

  2. Enable the This is discount is active toggle.

  3. Define the Discount amount.

  4. Click on the Discounted items tab and define which sales items can be discounted.

  5. Click on the Available dates and define when the discount is valid.

  6. Click on the Use limits tab and define how many times the discount can be used.

  7. Click the Save Changes button.

You've successfully added a new discount code. Repeat the process for every other discount code you want to offer.

You can start sharing them with customers by including the discount codes in Articles , Newsletters or even Reminders. All you need to do is copy the discount's code in the content you'll share with customers. Customers will then be able to redeem that code at checkout on the Members Portal.

You can also add them directly to any customer account in the Admin Panel.
