Adding Virtual Rooms


Article Summary

Nexudus automatically creates virtual rooms based on the settings defined in the Jitsi integration. You can also manually create as many virtual rooms as needed for one or more customer groups.


  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click Community > Virtual Rooms.

  3. Click on Add virtual room.

  4. Name your virtual room.

  5. Select a Location.

  6. Add a Description of the virtual room.

  7. Click on Select file and pick an image for your virtual room.

  8. Toggle on Active.

  9. Select Who can use this virtual room based on which customers you want to access it.

  10. Click the Save Changes button.


Your virtual room is now active and available to the selected customer group.
