What Is the Admin Panel?
The Admin Panel is the admin-facing side of the Nexudus platform. It is designed to help you and your staff manage your space on a daily basis.
Quick Actions Menu
The Admin Panel includes several shortcuts within the navigation menu to help you manage your space efficiently.
Shortcut | Details | Options |
---|---|---|
Quick add | Clicking on this icon lets you complete recurring actions in a few clicks, no matter where you are on the Admin Panel. | You can create customers, teams, invoices, bookings, tasks, and products from the Quick add shortcut. |
Search | Click on this icon to open a general search pop-up. You can search through your whole location and find the record you need in seconds. You can search invoices, booking numbers, customers, companies, teams, and dashboard sections. | You can search for any record in your location using the Search shortcut. |
Settings | Clicking on this icon takes you to the Settings page of the current location. You can start editing them from there. | You can access all settings for your location using the Settings shortcut. |
Admin Panel's Sections
The Admin Panel also includes a main navigation menu to help you quickly jump between sections. Each section helps you manage a different area of your space.
Dashboard
This is the first section you see when you log in to your admin account.
This section includes tiles that summarize what's happening in your space that day. It also includes two graphs that let you see your space's contract signups and total revenue over the last 12 months.
CRM
The CRM section helps you manage your current customer base and reach out to potential new customers.
Community
The Community section helps you build and foster communities in your space. It also lets you collect feedback from customers via surveys.
Finance
The Finance section lets you manage every aspect related to invoicing and accounting in your space.
Operations
The Operations section helps you manage your space on a day-to-day basis.
Inventory
The Inventory section lets you manage every item you sell in your space along with the resources you make available to customers.
Tasks
This section helps you access and manage all the tasks in your space.
You can also filter tasks for easy browsing.
Help Desk
This section lets you access and manage all the help desk requests sent by customers.
You can filter help desk requests for easy browsing.
Reports and Nexudus Explore
The Reports section lets you access ready-made reports and charts to leverage your space's data.
