You need bluetooth and location services enabled on your Android phone or tablet to use a number of functionalities available on Nexudus apps.
Permissions
The standard and whote-label app require you to grant a number of permissions when you first install and open the app. These persmissions are crucial to let you use our apps to its full potential.
Whether you skipped the inital permissions request or revoked them by accident, you'll need to grant 2 types of permission again in order to get the most of our app.
1. Nearby Devices Permissions
In order to grant our app permission to read nearby devices, follow the process below:
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Permission manager > Nearby devices on your device.
You should see a list of all the apps installed on your device.
- Scroll to and tap on the relevant Nexudus app.
- Allow the app to access neaby devices.
2. Location Services
In order to grant our app permission to read location services, follow the process below:
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Permission manager > Location on your device.
You should see a list of all the apps installed on your device.
- Scroll to and tap on the relevant Nexudus app.
- Select Allow only while using the app.
All set! You're ready to enjoy our apps' full functionality again.
Bluetooth
A number of our apps require you to have bluetooth enabled in order to use features such as check-in, printing, or even door unlock.
If use the app to interact with any other bluetooth devices, just make sure you've enabled bluetooth on you device by going to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.
