Assigning Equipment to Customers

Article summary

You can assign one or more equipment to a customer via Inventory > Equipment on the Admin Panel.

If you want to narrow down the number of inventory equipment listed, you can filter them by:

  • Name
  • SKU
  • Created on
  • Last updated on

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click Inventory > Equipment.

  3. Tick the checkbox next to every asset you want to assign to a customer.

  4. Click on Assign to customer in the Bulk actions menu.

  5. Select your location from the Location drop-down list.

  6. Select the relevant customer from the Customer drop-down list.

Can't find your customer on the list?

Start typing their name to narrow down your options.

  1. Click Yes, do it to confirm.


You've assigned the selected equipment to your customer. Equipment are assigned indefinitely unless you define an Assigned until date via the Assignment tab of each equipment.
