Cancelling Bookings on Members Portal 5

Customers can cancel their bookings from the My Activity section of the Members Portal.

1. Log in to the Members Portal if you haven't already.

2. Open the drop-down menu next to your icon and select My Activity.
3. Select Bookings.
4. Click Modify next to the booking you'd like to cancel.
5. Click Cancel booking.
6. Select a Cancellation reason.
7. Click Cancel booking.

All set! The booking has been cancelled. Customers will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
