Copying Contracts

You can easily copy one or more customer contracts in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

Copying contracts is a great way to manage renewals, upgrades, or downgrades as separate contracts as customers renew their memberships.

It saves you time by retaining all details from the original contract and letting you tweak settings and details to match the new terms.

Copied contracts include all the details of the original contract and are inactive by default to give you time to edit their details.

If you want to change terms while retaining the same contract, we recommend you upgrade or downgrade the contract instead


  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click Finance > Contracts.
  3. Tick the checkbox next to every contract you want to copy.
  4. Click on the Bulk actions button.
  5. Click on Make a copy.
  6. Click Yes, do it to confirm.


All set! The copied contracts are now available for you to edit as needed. Remember that the copied contracts remain inactive until
