    The form pages report lets you see and download all the form answers you've collected from customers over the selected time period. Each completed form has its own page with the following details:

    • Form name
    • Location
    • Date and time the form was completed by the customer
    • Customer name and email
    • Questions and customers answers
    File questions only include the name of the file that the customer uploaded via the form.
