If you've allowed contract freezes for plans members are signed up to, they are automatically able to freeze their plan within the limits you've defined.
- Go to your members portal.
- Click on your name in the top-right corner of the page.
- Click on Plans and Benefits.
- Under the plan you'd like to freeze, click on Freeze plan.
- Select a date under Freeze plan until.
- Click on Freeze until.
All set! The plan charges will be frozen starting from the next billing cycle. The plan will resume on the date selected under Freeze plan until. Customers cannot edit or cancel their plan for the duration of the freeze.
Customers can unfreeze their plan early to resume before the date they'd originally picked.
