Invoicing Bookings


Article Summary

Bookings invoicing will depend on three factors:

  • your settings
  • whether the customer is a member or a contact
  • whether the booking was made on the Admin Panel or the Members Portal
    Contacts making purchases on the Members Portal are invoiced straight away for their bookings. MN

If you haven't changed your Bookings and calendar settings, members will usually be invoiced for their bookings on their next contract's invoice date. Contacts will be invoiced for their bookings straight away.

We automatically use any applicable money or time credit to cover some or all of the booking's cost. If no credit are valid for the booking, customers are charged and invoiced according to the cheapest applicable booking price.‌

You can also manually invoice any confirmed or charged booking via the Admin Panel as detailed below.


  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click on the booking you want to invoice.

  3. Enable the Invoice this booking when it is saved toggle.

  4. Click the Save Changes button.


The customer will receive an invoice for the booking within the next few minutes. If the customer had any pending charges waiting to be be invoiced, they'll also appear in the invoice you've just issued.
