Linking Multiple Customer Accounts

Article summary

You can easily link multiple existing customer accounts to the same email address on the Admin Panel.

Once you know which email address the customer would like to use for all their accounts, follow the instructions detailed below.


  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click on the customer account that has different email details.

  3. Click More actions > Revoke online access.

  4. Click Accounts > Account details.

  5. Change the Email to match the address the customer wants to use for all their accounts.

  6. Click the Save Changes button.

  7. Click More actions > Grant online access.


All set! Repeat the process if the customer has other accounts they'd like to link.

The customer will now be able to access all their accounts when they log in to the Members Portal using the defined email address and its associated password.
