What are messages?
Messages let customers communicate with each other directly on the Members Portal and Passport app.
How messages work
Customers can send messages to any other customer who has their profile published in the directory. They can send messages by navigating to their inbox from their dashboard or by searching for people in the directory.
Enabling messages
Messages are available by default and can't be disabled. This feature is only available to logged-in customers whether they're members or contacts.
