Offboarding Team Members

If you're a team administrator and all your team's purchases are paid by one member, you can remove people from your team and offboard them in a few clicks on the Members Portal.

You must be a team administrator to offboard other members.

Removing a team member automatically cancels all their active contracts based on the cancellation policy of each contract. Their access to the team's dashboard is also instantly revoked.

  1. Log in to your Members Portal.
  2. Go to Settings > My Team.
  3. Click on the Team Plans tab.
  4. Click on the Remove from team button next to the team member you'd like to offboard.
  5. Click on Remove team member to confirm.

All done! All active contracts for the deleted team member will be cancelled based on the cancellation policy of each contract. Their access to the team's dashboard is instantly revoked. You can repeat the process for every other team member that you'd like to offboard from your team.
