As a new Nexudus account, you need to pick one out of three onboarding packages we offer. The onboarding package you choose depends on how much of the implementation you want us to complete and the kind of support you'd like to get during your onboarding.

🔧 Starter package

This package is the most basic onboarding tier Nexudus offers. It's a suitable option if your space has very simple requirements and you want to set up your account on your own.

Services included

  • Basic Settings
  • 2 training sessions with one of our Support specialists.
  • Ongoing email support provided by our team of Support specialists.

🚀 Intermediate package

This package is ideal if you want Nexudus to implement some or all of your account's settings based on specific requirements. It's a great option if you're short on time or staff and would like Nexudus to help you hit the ground running with your implementation.

  • 2 training sessions with your dedicated Support specialist.
  • Ongoing email support provided from your dedicated Support specialist.

⚡ Pro package

This service is our premium onboarding tier to provide. A dedicated team at Nexudus is with you every step of the way to help bring your vision to life with your requirements in mind.

Services included

  • Your own 'bubble team' with a dedicated: Implementation specialist, Enterprise support specialist, and Customer success manager.
  • A Basecamp project to manage and track your onboarding and communicate directly with every member of your bubble team.

  • Basic Settings completed by your dedicated Implementation specialist.
  • 2 training sessions with your dedicated Support specialist.
  • Ongoing email support provided from your dedicated Enterprise support specialist.
